This marmalade is produced, as for tradition, using only Sicilian oranges: the ones that paint the countryside from Catania to Ragusa with red and orange tints. To be precise all of our jams are made with freshly picked fruit and without the addition of thickeners and extra flavourings, to give you the feeling and emotion of eating fresh fruit. Just a pinch of brown sugar to make them delicate and not cloying to your taste buds.
