Orange Zest with Chocolate
The candied orange zest dipped in chocolate represent one of the most popular desserts in Italy for their enticing taste given by the zest’s citrus flavour that brings us to the scents of Sicily and, of course, the deliciousness of chocolate. . The zest we select does not contain preservatives and glucose syrup which is very bad for our health. The chocolate is made of Colombian cocoa 70% and cane sugar, made of course with the MODICA method. It is a very tasty dessert, suitable for after dinner or an afternoon tea.
